For TBA festival, Eiko will present performances of her Duet Project: Distance is Malleable with an installation. These complementary events have themes: 1) Eiko working with very young collaborators who challenge her art making using their youth as provocation; 2) Eiko working with artists of her generation with strong concerns for the environment and sustainability; and 3) Eiko investigating how to create a duet with the dead while recognizing what they left.
