The Archive Project was launched at the close of the Retrospective Project and seeks to create an artist-led archive in which a collection of files, photographs, press, programs, sets, costumes, videos, and audio material is examined by the artists themselves with assistance of archive experts. Eiko & Koma hope the documentation of their body of work will also be a resource for further artistic production and imagination, for themselves and for others.
