Eiko & Koma spent three and half weeks in Colorado Springs this October teaching and performing at Colorado College. The invitation came from IDEA (Inter Disciplinary Experiential Art) Gallery curator Jessica Larsen as she started to plan an exhibition titled Parvana. The show explores the multiple aesthetic, scientific, and literary understandings of moths and butterflies. During the residency, Eiko & Koma participated in public dialogues, taught a daily course entitled Naked and Delicious: The State of Being and performed White Dance among other pieces.
