Residue: An Installation by Eiko & Koma opened with a wonderful reception hosted by the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts. The exhibition includes are catalogues and a computer set to Eiko & Koma's website, costumes and set materials hanging on the wall, a full length, almost life size video of Event Fission (1980) on the back wall, and eight video wells showing archival videos.

In the center of the gallery is a square tea house constructed from the drops Eiko & Koma used to create their living installation Naked. Every light creates a shadow and every shadow moves with the wind. Inside of the tea house is another square water pond where visitors will find a new video work that was created for this installation and is projected to water.
