The revival of WHITE DANCE (1976), the first work Eiko & Koma showed in America, was commissioned with support from the National Endowment for the Arts by the Flynn Center for the Arts (Burlington, VT), where it was presented as a full-evening work in May, 2009. Additional support was provided by the American Express Foundation.
A shortened version was presented as part of the Retrospective Project program REGERATION and presented at Danspace Project (New York, NY) before touring to other cities. This video is from the June 29, 2010 performance at the American Dance Festival (Durham, NC).
