With Iris McCloughan

Iris McCloughan first met Eiko when they enrolled in her class in Wesleyan University as a freshman. Iris since helped Eiko & Koma's Retrospective Project at Wesleyan, Walker Art Center, and New York City venues. When in 2014 Eiko started her solo project A Body in Places, she invited Iris to be a dramaturg. It is under this role Iris has been helping Eiko's work, including the 12 hour performance at the Philadelphia train station, a month-long Danspace Platform in 2016, and three full day performance at the Metropolitan Museum in 2017. Iris continues to work for Eiko's Duet project as a dramaturg but this time also participate as a performer/collaborator.

Iris is an artist and writer in New York City and the co-artistic director of No Face Performance Group that has presented works in venues such as FringeArts, The Barnes Foundation. Iris is the author of the chapbook No Harbor and the winner of the 2018 Stanley Kunitz Memorial Prize from the American Poetry Review.
