Eiko spent the last week in January at Carleton College
, teaching a class and workshops, despite a broken toe. She particularly enjoyed the workshops that were open to the entire Carleton community, where she got to meet students, faculty, and staff.
While Eiko was in Minnesota, she met with the editorial and design team at the Walker Art Center that is working on the Eiko & Koma retrospective catalog. Together they looked over the first proof, in preparation for the book's publication this spring.
